Experienced leadership…
Stoneridge Homes’ President and Owner, Jim Wright brings over 20 years of construction and homebuilding experience. His extensive resume includes co-establishing another successful homebuilding company and holding various high level positions such as Construction Manager, Project Manager, Regional Controller and Division President for two national homebuilders. Jim has a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Oklahoma and served honorably in the United States Air Force including a tour in Vietnam.

Every Stoneridge Homes’ home plan begins with a base price that includes a fully complete Stoneridge Homes’ home, built within one of our beautiful communities in accordance with the standard features and specifications. Do you dream for more? Discuss the additional features and options you desire with your Community Sales Manager and Stoneridge Homes will work directly with our vendors and subcontractors to bring you your dream home features at affordable prices.
Design your new home…
Stoneridge Homes understands that having the perfect floor plan for your family’s needs is of the utmost importance. We can build your plan, build one of ours, or have one drawn exclusively for you all by our experienced draftsman.
Your plan is now perfect; it is time to meet with our Design Center Coordinator to make it uniquely yours. Choose all of your exterior and interior selections to include brick, stone, siding, shingles, flooring, plumbing fixtures, countertops, cabinets and more.
